What do squats and biz have in common?
Just like wanting the perfect body or a fit toned butt…You require a few certain non negotiables:
- Commitment
- Routine
- A ‘why’
COMMITMENT:
It is no different when wanting to create the biz physique you desire. Commitment on a long term basis is required. No short term gratification zone. A bit like one bad meal isn’t going to make you FAT and that one salad isn’t going to make you thin! Commitment to the daily habits and lifestyle changes, not just giving up at the first sign of a chocolate craving (let’s be honest that’s fucking HARD!)
A healthy business BMI needs consistency AND creativity. If you keep doing the same things the same way you keep getting the same results. OR you muscles don’t get the stretch, the out of the comfort zone they need for growth.

ROUTINE:
There is a lot to be said about doing the right actions at the right time. The correct technique and form. The same philosophy applies. A bit of hustling and some time out, Mixing it up with giving value, and adding in the exercises we all find hard YET give us the best results…Sales and Burpees! You must find what works for you and the only way to find out is to start. Listen, read, study and action what feels right. Just like with exercise you have a preference or your body reacts better to one thing than the other.
WHY?
For me if I just worked out and ate well to impress other people I would have stopped after day 2! And just so it is for my business I have A BIGGER more fulfilling reason than just myself. Of course I left my job to create a profitable business. But some days are freaking tough babe and so you need to have a bigger reason to pull your butt outta bed. Once you focus on this bigger reason, your mission you will find it easier to shift out of a trained bad mood..
When we have specific fitness goals we track them… But with business often this is over looked OR only one measurement stick is used. Which when you start out can be brutal. You guessed it profit. If you just based your success off profit in the beginning you would give up. Just like if you only focused on weight…
So how are you measuring your success?

How much has your list grown by?
How many Instagram followers do you have?
What were your top 3 Facebook posts and why?
How many enquiries have you had?
How many conversions from your enquiries?
How many hits to your CTA (call to action) web pages?
How many views on your videos/you tube?
How many opens on your newsletters?
How many people have you contacted about your programme or service?
These are just a few of the many ways to check your progress. Again it is about working out what measurements are best for you.
